A key part of the ICS' mission is to provide opportunities for individuals to learn more about partnership, capacity strengthening, organizational development, and ways to help strengthen institutions. Rooted in a Learning Framework shaped from the ideas of partnership and capacity strengthening experts around the globe, the ICS offers learners the chance to take on a range of partnership and capacity strengthening topics both at the introductory level and in more complex ways.

Our four tiered approach has learners ‘meet’ topics at the introductory level through short, easily accessible Level 1 courses; “learn” more about these topics and their affiliated tools and methods at Level 2, and then “try” and “teach” these approaches in practice and Levels 3 and 4.
