Level 2: Learn It

At Level 2, learners demonstrate a sufficient understanding of key partnership and capacity strengthening concepts, approaches and tools, but guidance is needed to consistently apply them effectively in the workplace.

The ICS currently has two level 2 courses designed to help learners consistently apply partnership and capacity strengthening approaches and tools. The third level 2 course Accompaniment in Action will be available in the coming months.

Level 3: Try It

Here learners demonstrates a sound understanding of key partnership and capacity strengthening concepts, approaches and tools to adequately perform related tasks but may require guidance when operating in an unfamiliar environment or new topic. The ICS does not yet offer Level 3 courses, but the ICS team can help explore similar learning opportunities, as we actively develop courses in this area.
