Funding mechanisms are becoming increasingly complex. To navigate the complexity of the Sub-Recipient Agreement Process, while ensuring clarity, consistency, understanding and compliance, CRS has developed guidance to help our staff work with partners more effectively and in keeping with our partnership principles. The guidance includes the Agreements Policy and Procedure (document No. POL-OOD-001) and its companion guidance, Partnership and the Sub-Recipient Agreement Process.

This Partnership guidance includes recommendations for managing the sub-recipient agreements process with partners, and explanations for using standardized forms. Some answers to common questions are listed at the end.
