The ICT4Ag Suite is a set of integrated field-based tools that help CRS project managers, partners, and field agents support farmer groups. The tools are designed to improve training, business planning, market analysis and GIS-linked service delivery. The ICT4Ag Suite includes the following primary features:

SMART Skills e-learning: The SMART Skills courses provide training to help agriculture field agents facilitate farmer learning to: work effectively in groups, sustainably increase production, save, access, and manage finances, engage with markets, and innovate. The SMART Skills can be sequenced, layered, and delivered according to local context. E-learning courses provide web and smart phone enabled ways to learn and use the SMART Skills.

Profitability Assessment Tool: This tool helps project staff collect important farmer data to streamline and strengthen farmer registration, map fields (via Fields Area Measurement app), document practices and profitability, and do MEAL at scale. The tool provides valuable analysis that guides agriculture field agents and farmers through the process of assessing production, costs, and revenue so that they can improve their farm businesses while also helping project staff report on key indicators to donors and adapt project implementation. Assessment of SMART Skills competencies can also be integrated so that capacity building can be tailored and evaluated.
