These considerations for partners offer guidance to determine whether and how to carry out Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning activities safely in the context of COVID-19. This guidance is based on CRS’ experience and is intended to be used in conjunction with, and to supplement guidance provided by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee, World Health Organization and the local Ministry of Health as appropriate.
