Caritas Internationalis (CI) Management Standards have been developed to support member organizations to improve their organizational systems, processes and practices and internal management to be able to better achieve their mission. The CI Reference guide is meant to support the work of the coordinators and assessors of the CI Management Standards. It provides clear guidance and step-by-step instructions on how to implement the overall CI Management Standards assessment process, from the self-assessment until the development of the improvement plan. The Reference Guide is for all Caritas Internationalis Member Organizations.
