The Caritas Internationalis Management Standards Accountability Framework is used once a Caritas Member Organization has completed the Caritas Organizational Review Tool.  The Accountability Framework contains a list of the supporting documents that the Member Organization provides as evidence to demonstrate their compliance with best practices.
