Organizational Assessment

A process of organizational capacity assessment can help an organization – big or small – to look at its systems and structures and its organizational functions and analyze what’s working well and where there may be a need for improvement. There are many ways to approach an assessment, and a range of tools available for organizations interested in doing an assessment can chose from.
