Organizational Analysis and Action Planning

Once an organization has completed an organizational capacity assessment where it has explored its strengths and points of weakness, often what follows is analysis and action planning. Doing analysis helps an organization examine the results of an assessment; celebrate what’s gone well and dig into the root causes of any challenges. Action Planning is agreeing on the next series of accomplishments and how they will be addressed.
