Maintaining Strong Partnerships

Partnerships, like any relationship, need support to be sustained. Once a partnership has been formed, maintaining the relationships is critical to guarantee that the partnership leads to fruitful results. Understanding each partners’ priorities, interests, roles and responsibilities is important, as well as committing to the investment needed to for the partnership to be successful, is critical to effectively sustain good partnerships.
