Gender Foundations is an interactive e-learning course that is designed to help users develop a basic understanding of gender, key gender-related concepts such gender equity and equality, and the linkages between CRS’ commitment to Catholic Social Teaching, Integral Human Development, and gender equality. The 45-minute course engages participants in reflective and interactive exercises, scenarios, and games about how gender influences our lives and why gender is important to our work as humanitarian and development practitioners. The course includes a brief pre- and post-test.
