Building on the knowledge covered in the Level 1 suite of Partnership and Capacity Strengthening courses, the Level 2 courses offer learners the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of key approaches and tools. In this interactive Level 2 course, learners walk through the four steps of conducting an organizational capacity assessment: Prepare; Conduct; Analyze and Prioritize, and Action Plan. Throughout the process, learners become familiar with CRS’ Capacity Strengthening tools through practice activities.
